What is Battery Storage?

Battery storage is a way to store energy that can be utilized whenever needed, like during electrical outages or when renewable energy sources aren’t producing power.

Battery storage systems pair well with solar panel systems because they allow the storage of excess energy produced by solar panels rather than selling it back to your electricity provider. This energy can then be used when your home’s energy consumption exceeds the amount of power being produced by your solar panels during the day, at night when the sun isn’t shining, or in the event of a power outage.
