This program covers the financing of HVAC and solar energy home systems sold and installed by GVEC Solar Services.
There are two key points to note in the on-bill financing agreement. There is no prepayment penalty for early payoff. Some companies penalize this, but clients of GVEC Solar Services can send an early payment without any consequences. You cannot finance more than $45,000 for approved systems sold and installed by GVEC Solar Services; however, this will not affect the average client.
What does it take to be a qualifying member? You must have a reliable credit score and have a good credit history with GVEC. Of course, you must own the property where the HVAC and solar energy home systems are installed. Another vital criterion is that your annual income or revenue must be at least three times the amount you are financing. There are other requirements, so be sure to look through the terms and conditions to determine whether you qualify.
GreenSky Special Financing
Another incredible option for financing for our solar and HVAC customers is through our partnership with GreenSky Financial. No GVEC membership is needed to qualify. We have negotiated a special financing rate with them. This is a loan program that buyers may also qualify to pay no money down and boasts a low rate of 1.49% at fixed interest for 20 years. The program is a great way for clients on a budget to get a reduced loan rate on their HVAC and solar energy home systems.
Mosaic Financing
Last year, we proudly introduced another low-interest financing option for solar and battery storage products and installations with Mosaic. Like GreenSky, qualified buyers may be permitted to financing with no money down. The interest rate here is also 1.49% for a 20-year term, allowing payments as low $100 per month!
